Trustco is a multi-faceted public Company, with an original Namibian flair. The Company’s innovative business model and adoption of futuristic technology has consistently yielded phenomenal growth since inception. Trustco’s humble beginnings commenced with the establishment of the Legal Insurance sector, focusing on affordable access to quality Legal Services for Namibia’s lower income groups with a small staff compliment of a mere 8 employees.

Today, the Company boasts a staff compliment of approximately 500, focusing on its core business drivers being micro-insurance and financial services. Trustco’s core business lines are augmented by its strategic business units encompassing education and private equity. Head Office and Support services complete the tripartite structure, providing the administrative backbone to the Group.

Trustco listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange on the 27th of September 2006, this primary listing was subsequently followed by securing the first listing on the Africa Board of the JSE Limited on the 19th of February 2009. The dual primary listing provided Trustco with an opportunity to expand its Investor base regionally. The Group is now poised to revolutionize the provision of financial services to all.
