MEET OUR PEOPLE
Since its inception the Trustco holdings group and its subsidiaries has experienced rapid growth and expansion, creating footprint on the nation. This development has contributed to the group’s massive increase in staff members.
From 2004 the group has seen a boost in employee numbers from just under 150 to more than 500 current employees. These additional staff members were needed to deliver on the company’s good customer service, in respect to the various products and services rendered by the Holding company and its subsidiaries.
Expansion of the business and associated employees continued cross borders into South Africa where the group recently acquired the financial services company, DEX. This latest acquisition contributed enormously to the growth in staff members in the last financial year.
